It now bears a slight resemblance to Krusty the Clown from The Simpsons and the change was most likely made due to the original logo being a stock photo that Sega no longer has the rights to. The change is also present on the capsule toy of the hot dog truck that is obtainable in both games. The clown logo on Tom Johnson's Hot Dog Truck's hair has been changed from yellow to green and a little green hair was also added to the top of it's head. This is due to the original pictures being stock photos that Sega no longer has the rights to.
